Principles

1. Git-first. All code in Git with remotes. No exceptions.
2. Verify, don’t trust. Agent self-reports require verification against actual output.
3. Transparency. Knowledge lives in this vault. Not in chat history. Not in compressed memory.
4. Cost-conscious. See Model Strategy.
5. Polish over speed. Pat hates amateur-looking products. Don’t ship rough prototypes as final.

Current Status (2026-08-03)

• Paperclip: Running but agents have been unreliable. Many marked “done” without real verification. Major rebuild pending.
• memU: Installed but never activated. Being replaced by this Obsidian vault.
• Huible: 11K lines of code written by agents but stranded in Paperclip workspace with no git. Needs rescue.
• InvestInMe: LMS running at edu.investinme.club. Landing page blocked by Cloudflare DNS issue.
• Pat: Recovering from broken collarbone (Jul 28). Autonomous mode active.
